The project

High-end residential scheme comprising the fit-out of basement, mezzanine and ground floors, plus two upper storeys to property within the Frognal Conservation Area in Hampstead, North London.

The project featured the installation of a new timber and metal fabricated staircase, new tiling to the swimming pool area and jacuzzi as well as the installation of a new sauna and relaxation area. Acoustic ceilings and partitions were upgraded throughout, and a new 200 amp 3 phase power supply was installed. The scheme also included minor works externally, replacement of dormer roofs, leadwork and redecorations to the external fabric of the building.
