On Monday 14th June, we commenced works at Orion House, 104-106 Cranbrook Road, Ilford. We are delighted to be working with a great client and project team on this conversion of the existing commercial building to residential use with a two storey extension. The 24,000sq ft, £4.7m project will consist of the basement and ground floors being used as commercial units, the 1st floor upwards willl then be residential units.
After a busy week in Ilford, we then commenced works at 115-119 Station Road, Sidcup. This £6.5m project for Montreaux Build consists of the demolition of the former Lamobery Swimming and redevelopment of the site to provide a part five, part four-storey building with gym at ground floor level and 26 residential dwellings on the upper floors.
