The project

Bedford Row is a refurbishment and conversion for True North Management to transform a vacant office block into a new sustainable building. The sensitive retrofit will enhance and optimise the environmental performance by retaining and upgrading the existing building fabric and replacement of all building plant with highly efficient electric systems.

The works involve an extensive cut and carve refurbishment linking a Grade II listed building with a 20th century modernist building, fit-out of existing spaces with new finishes and MEP services, the introduction of a roof terrace, rooftop plant and other associated works.
