The project

Modifications (including new extension) to the Ground Floor and part Basement of occupied, eight-storey building within London, Victoria.

Works include demolition to accommodate the new extension and full refurbishment of the existing Ground Floor reception area, along with entrance changes to the retail shells at Ground Floor (shell and core fit-out, and replacement of shop fronts).

As part of Grosvenor’s commitment to improving air quality, the works also include upgrading the cycling facilities to encourage sustainable travel.

The project is being undertaken in a logistically challenging, busy area of Central London, surrounded by occupied buildings and public areas requiring careful coordination and stringent Health & Safety measures.
