The project

Revitalisation of Grade II listed terrace to deliver 10 new affordable homes, and two floors of office (totalling 12,000 sq ft) underneath eight existing apartments for property investment and development company Derwent London. In addition, the works included the formation of an external pedestrian route, and two retail kiosks at Ground Floor level.

The project was undertaken within an occupied building on a logistically challenging site, surrounded by concurrent works as part of the larger Derwent London Baker Street Development.
