The project

Refurbishment to occupied building for real estate investment company CLI Dartriver. Works to this distinctive warehouse, an historic former paper factory, sought to restore the building creating new high-end workspaces and enhancing the common areas.

The project included various structural works, a new First Floor extension, refurbishment of reception / circulation spaces and façade, and fit-out to CAT A+ of office spaces.

We delivered

  • Refurbishment of stairs to Lower Ground Floor and extension of walkway and refurbishment of shower cubicles on Lower Ground Floor
  • Strip-out and refurbishment to reception, new services, reception desk and decorative wall panelling, new kitchen and new partition for store formation on Ground Floor
  • Strip-out, extension and fit-out to CAT A+ on First Floor
  • Façade repair and refurbishment
